The village of Tudweiliog lies on the Nefyn -
Aberdaron road along the north coast of the
peninsula and feels much further away than it is
from the hustle and bustle of Pwllheli and the
other resorts along the south coast.
The local pub is the Lion Inn and there is a
post office in the village. The church is well
seen from around the village, being on the
highest point within it.
The local beach is the cove of Porth Towyn, with
it's clean sand and waters, it is a popular
choice with families. A little further along the
coast is the wide bay of Traeth Penllech with
the tiny fishing hamlet of Porth Colmon at it's
western end.
